Our controlling shareholder is Public Joint Stock Company Federal Grid Company – Rosseti (PJSC Rosseti) with the government’s share of 76.9936% of the outstanding shares.

Its memorandum specifies the purpose of ownership, key objectives with respect to assets, and the corporate governance principles that PJSC Rosseti follows in managing the Group’s companies.
